HR Award Strategic Steering Committee
- The management and coordinating body responsible for the strategic management of the entire HR Award process. It ensures that activities align with VŠE’s long-term strategy and approves key outputs (GAP Analysis, Action Plan, Interim Assessment).
Working Group “Human Resources”
- Focuses on evaluation, recruitment, and career development of researchers, working conditions, and talent development. Main activities: proposing process improvements, streamlining administration, enhancing onboarding, and improving the education system.
Working Group “Research Integrity, Ethics, Inclusion, and Open Science”
- Addresses ethics, research integrity, equal opportunities, gender balance, and principles of Open Science. Main activities: creating an ethical framework, supporting open data and results sharing, implementing measures for equal opportunities.
Researcher Focus Group
- Composed of representatives of researchers across faculties. Provides feedback on proposed measures and ensures that the HR Award process reflects the real needs of scientists.
HR Award Coordinator
- Ing. Kateřina Legnerová, Ph.D., MBA Coordinates all activities and communication related to the HR Award process at VŠE.
