It is my pleasure to announce that the Prague University of Economics and Business has launched the process of obtaining the prestigious European HR Award (Human Resources Excellence in Research), which recognizes high standards in caring for employees working in research and academia.

This step reflects our long-term commitment to creating an open, fair, and supportive environment in which our researchers and academics can develop their professional growth and contribute to strengthening the university’s position among internationally recognized institutions.

The University of Economics, Prague has begun the process of obtaining the prestigious European HR Award (Human Resources Excellence in Research), which confirms high standards in the care of academic and research staff and transparent HR processes.

Receiving the HR Award confirms the commitment of the University of Economics, Prague to creating an open, fair, and supportive environment for researchers and academic staff. The HR Excellence in Research (HRS4R) process is a European Commission tool that helps institutions professionalize human resource management in research, improve the quality of the working environment, promote equal opportunities, and improve transparency of selection procedures.

The Implementing of the HR Award at VŠE contributes to the university’s long-term development strategy and strengthens its position among internationally recognized research institutions.
